Bound and Unbound: A paranormal novella duology
Two paranormal romances, printed so the second story starts when the book is turned over.

A forgery plot on one side, a revenant on the other.
Ali Hazelwood’s site presents Bound and Unbound as two paranormal romances in one physical book.
An editorial introduction to the book, its premise and the story surrounding it.
The object is part of the pitch. Read one novella, then turn the book over.
Hazelwood’s page describes Bound as the story of Veronica Mercer, raised by grifters, who uses art-history training for a forgery side hustle when graduate-school bills and friends in trouble close in. Dr. Viktor Ashworth, a reserved British professor, does not turn her in. He makes an offer: forge an ancient manuscript.
The other cover
Unbound changes the scale. Lilit of Nineveh is described as a five-thousand-year-old revenant whose rule is to protect mortals, and who has learned that attachment leads to ruin. The other lead is a doctor who has spent his life fighting death. The author’s copy calls their meeting a blood game of vengeance.
Two romances, one binding
Putting the novellas back to back lets a reader choose a door. One is dark academia and a con. The other is an immortal enforcement plot. This feature does not follow either bargain past the offer.

About the book.
The author’s page says the volume can be flipped: Bound in one direction, Unbound in the other. This feature keeps both premises at the setup.
