Dungeon Crawler Carl, Vol. 2
Carl and Donut have a motorcycle and a mission: reach the second floor, on camera.

Carl and Princess Donut in the second Dungeon Crawler Carl graphic novel.
Dungeon Crawler Carl, Vol. 2 is the graphic novel of the next stretch of Matt Dinniman’s dungeon, not the prose novel of the same number. Vault Comics published it on October 6, 2026, a 336-page trade paperback, ISBN 9781638494812, distributed by Simon & Schuster. The publisher’s line is that the apocalypse will be televised. Carl and Princess Donut have a motorcycle and a mission: make it to the second floor. In the way are goblins, homicidal fellow crawlers, a sadistic AI, and a meddling alien talk-show host.
A floor, a camera, a motorcycle
What this volume is adapting
The graphic novel is book two of the Webtoon graphic-novel line. Laurel Pursuit Studios and Kuzomari illustrate it. Dinniman was consulted on the adaptation, according to the publisher. That matters because the prose series is a voice book: Carl’s annoyance, Donut’s vanity, the AI’s cruelty. A comic has to put that voice in panels. The publisher says the art is built to keep the action and the humor.
The mission is simple to say. Reach the second floor. The obstacles are the book. Goblins are the dungeon’s ordinary threat. Other crawlers who will kill you are the social threat. The AI is the referee that wants a show. The alien talk-show host is the audience made into a character. Together they are the premise. A reader of the prose books will know the stairs. A reader of this volume can start at the motorcycle.
This listing is the graphic novel. Carl’s Doomsday Scenario, the prose book two, is a different object and already has its own post. Vol. 2 here is the drawn season. Nothing in this feature describes a later boss from the novels.
The public record is enough to open the book and not enough to finish it. A feature can walk the premise. It cannot pretend a later chapter has already been read, and it will not invent a scene to fill the gap.
The show inside the survival
The tagline does the genre work. The world may be over, and the run is still a season of Dungeon Crawler World. Survival is the plot. Broadcast is the condition. A motorcycle is the joke and the tool: two crawlers, one machine, a floor that does not care that they look like a team. The publisher uses that image because it is readable in a single panel.
A 336-page graphic novel has room for a horde and a host. The list price on the publisher page is $19.99. The date is October 6, 2026. Those are object facts. The creative fact is the consultation: the novelist was in the room while the comic was drawn. A reader who wants the prose can go to the novels. A reader who wants the floor in color is who this volume is for.
The alien host is the detail I would not invent. A talk-show host meddling in a death game is the series’ sense of humor made visible. The AI wants ratings. The host is how the ratings get a face.

Who it is for
The book is for a reader who wants Carl and Donut in panels, with the second floor as the goal. It is a poor fit for a reader who wants the full prose of the training floors. The graphic novel is a season, not the whole novel line.
Vault is the publisher. Simon & Schuster distributes it. The illustrators are named. The creator credit includes Aethon and Actus as well as Dinniman. The story credit that matters for a reader is still Carl, Donut, and the floor.
I have not read the 336 pages. The verified offer is the motorcycle, the second floor, and the camera that will not look away.

About the book.
Vault Comics published Dungeon Crawler Carl, Vol. 2 on October 6, 2026, a 336-page graphic novel, ISBN 9781638494812. Carl and Princess Donut try to reach the second floor against goblins, other crawlers, a sadistic AI, and an alien talk-show host.
A short note
I like that the mission fits in one sentence and the obstacles do not. The part worth opening is the motorcycle toward the second floor, with a talk-show host in the way and an AI that wants the clip. Dinniman fits the book because the dungeon was already a show. I have not read the panels. The camera is the part I would hand someone first.
